They challenge leaders to go beyond merely improving what they traditionally have done, and, instead, to adopt genuinely new ways of meeting the needs of their clients.

This session hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, explored the durable structure of large global law firms, the challenges those structures create, including the impediments to achieving greater diversity and inclusion. It also investigated how to create and sustain a strong organizational culture in a virtual environment and ideas for developing more innovative private sector legal service organizations.
